Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Baller Athletik purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• You can return or exchange your order within 7 days of delivery.
• Items should be unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags intact.
• Return the product with its original packaging and any freebies received.
• If the requested size for exchange is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit.
• A second exchange request for the same order will incur a shipping fee of INR 200, payable before scheduling the pick-up.

Refunds:

For all orders, cash on delivery (COD) orders and prepaid orders, refunds will be processed as store credit.

• If any freebies are not returned, their value will be deducted from the store credit amount.
• Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned items in our warehouse.
• Sale items can be exchanged for a different size, but are not applicable for returns, refunds or store credit. 
• Baller Athletik reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet all the below specified criteria.

Please Note:

• We cannot accept returns if the product has been damaged, altered, or is not the same product delivered including fragrance and makeup stains.
• Baller Athletik will not be liable for delays or issues beyond our control.

Received the wrong item?

• If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately with pictures of the product through our return and exchange link. Ensure the product remains untried, unworn, and unwashed. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we’ll replace it instantly.
